Sony Entertainment Television, in collaboration with Ekta Kapoor, is bringing back a brand new season of the much-loved show Bade Achhe Lagte Hain. The romantic drama series will feature a new pair as the lead actors– Harshad Chopda and Shivangi Joshi. Produced by Balaji Telefilms, Bade Achhe Lagte Hain: Naya Season has been generating significant buzz online, even before its official premiere.
Keeping the excitement soaring, the creators have been treating fans to a stream of teasers and behind-the-scenes (BTS) glimpses. Recently, a few BTS pictures have surfaced online, featuring Shivangi Joshi seemingly in the middle of shooting for the show. The image, captured in what appears to be a building complex, sparked rumours that the location might feature in the upcoming season.

Adding to the anticipation, Sony Entertainment Television recently released the official promo on Instagram, offering a sneak peek into the new chapter. The caption read, “Happily married hona sabka khwab hai… Par kaise? Yeh sirf inka raaz hai,” further piquing the curiosity of fans.
In this new season, Shivangi Joshi will be seen portraying the role of Bhagyashree. This will mark her third collaboration with producer Ekta Kapoor after Bekaboo and Barsatein: Mausam Pyaar Ka. Harshad Chopda, on the other hand, will essay the character of Rishab. This show marks a highly anticipated comeback of the actor to television after a two-year hiatus following his exit from the popular show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.
Joining Shivangi and Harshad is a talented ensemble cast including Mansi Srivastava, Divyangana Jain, Yash Pandit, Khushbu Thakkar, Gaurav S Bajaj, Nitin Bhatia, Rishi Deshmukh, Rohit Choudhary, Arushi Handa, Pyumori Mehta, and Avirath Parekh.
Bade Achhe Lagte Hain holds a special place in the hearts of the audience for delivering wholesome romance. The first season, which premiered in 2011, was a big hit and starred the iconic duo of Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar. This was followed by seasons 2 and 3, featuring Nakuul Mehta and Disha Parmar, which streamed in 2021 and 2023, respectively. As the premiere of the ‘Naya Season’ draws closer, fans are eager to witness another love story with Harshad Chopda and Shivangi Joshi in the lead this time.
