The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will close the objection window for the Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical & Electrical) Examination, 2024 (Paper-II) answer key today. Candidates can raise objections against the SSC JE Paper II answer key on the official website – ssc.nic.in by 8 PM on November 14. A fee of Rs 100 is applicable for each objection.
SSC JE 2024 Paper 2 Answer Key: Steps to Raise Objection
Step 1: Visit the official website of SSC – ssc.nic.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the SSC JE Paper 1 answer key 2023 notification.
Step 3: Now click on the link that reads, “Click to Raise Objections to Tentative SSC JE Answer key”.
Step 3: Enter your login credentials and choose the question number and answer you want to challenge.
Step 4: Pay the fee to challenge the question and submit the objection
SSC JE Paper 2 final answer key will be published after considering the challenges or objections from the candidates along with the results. Meanwhile, candidates can estimate their score using the answer key and the marking scheme. Each right answer earns candidates one mark, but they lose 0.25 marks for an incorrect one. If a question is left unanswered, there won’t be any marks added or subtracted.

SSC released the results of the Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical) Recruitment Paper-1 exam in August. The Junior Engineer Recruitment Examination paper I was conducted between June 5 to 7, 2024. As many as 11765 candidates have been shortlisted for Civil Engineering and 4458 for Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
